Marilyn Manson was arrested a few years ago, and it has gained a lot of attention after HBO’s Phoenix Rising detailed his abuse allegation.
Evan Rachel Wood accused Marilyn Manson of abuse in her HBO documentary Phoenix Rising, saying he groomed her as a kid and subjected her to domestic violence during their relationship.
Wood initially publicly identified Manson, whose actual name is Brian Warner, as her alleged abuser in an Instagram post in which she claimed Manson had “horrifically abused her for years” and that he had “brainwashed and twisted” her.
Why Was Marilyn Manson Arrested?
In 2021 Marilyn Manson was arrested by California police after turning himself in on an outstanding warrant from New Hampshire.
Gilford, New Hampshire, Authorities Chief Anthony J. Bean Burpee said that Manson, whose actual name is Brian Hugh Warner, surrendered to police in Los Angeles last Friday on a warrant related to an August 2019 event in Gilford.
According to NBC News, Gilford police confirmed in May that the arrest warrant on two counts of misdemeanor assault was issued in October og 2019 and that Manson has “been aware of the warrant for some time.”
He was then processed and released on “personal recognizance bond” and other restrictions, including no contact with the accused victim, according to Bean Burpee.

Rachel Evan Wood Assault Charges And Allegations
Evan Rachel Wood, an actress, has accused her ex-boyfriend Marilyn Manson of sexual abuse.
On February 1, 2021, Wood officially identified her claimed abuser as Brian Warner, a.k.a. Marilyn Manson, whom she claims she met when she was 18 and dated on and off for more than four years.
“Phoenix Rising,” a new HBO documentary, follows her road to name him. Wood said Manson “started grooming me when I was a youngster and horribly mistreated me for years” when she spoke out in 2021.
Wood claimed that after this period, she left Manson’s home and spent time at her father’s house.
Wood’s mother alleged that Manson told her what he later repeated in an interview: that he slashed himself 158 times for every time Wood did not respond to him.
