Tony Coe was an English jazz musician and performer who was reported dead at the age of 88. He played several instruments including clarinet, bass clarinet, and flute, as well as soprano, alto, and tenor saxophones.

He is a self-taught instrumentalist who started playing in school when he was 15 years old and became a professional at age 17. He joined the Royal Army when he was 18, where he played clarinet in the military band and saxophone with unit Dance Band.
