Yanni Gourde is a Canadian professional ice hockey player and the alternate captain of the Seattle Kraken of the National Hockey League. Gourde, an undrafted player, signed as a free agent with the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2014.

Gourde led the Lightning to back-to-back Stanley Cup victories in 2020 and 2021.

Gourde was undrafted and spent his junior career with the Victoriaville Tigres of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. In 2011–12, he earned the QMJHL’s top-scoring title and the league MVP after accumulating 87 assists and 124 points in 68 games.

He was also named NHL Rookie of the Month for February during the 2017–18 season. On March 6, 2018, Gourde scored two goals in the Lightning’s 5-4 overtime triumph over the visiting Florida Panthers. His two-goal performance ties him with Tyler Johnson for the most goals scored by a Lightning rookie.
