Colm Joseph Feore OC is a Canadian actor who was born in Boston, Massachusetts on August 22, 1958, to Irish immigrants. He grew up in Ireland before relocating to Windsor, Ontario.
He attended the National Theatre School of Canada in Montreal, Quebec after graduating from Ridley College in St. Catharines, Ontario.
Outside of Canada, Feore has appeared in a lot of films and television shows, playing small roles in movies including Pearl Harbor, The Sum of All Fears, Paycheck, and The Chronicles of Riddick.
He played James E. Davis, the Los Angeles Police Commissioner, in Changeling, the deadly magician Andre Linoge, and Laufey in the live-action Thor movie.
He additionally played Dr. Francis Dulmacher in Gotham, Henry Taylor, the First Gentleman, in Season Seven of 24, and Jordan Hayes, the billionaire suspect, in Episode “Flight” of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
