English stand-up comedian, author, and actress Lou Sanders hails from Broadstairs, Kent. Sanders worked in administrative positions before to starting her comic career, including those of executive PA and Ofcom complaints handler. She studied comedy under Logan Murray, and she received payment for her humorous blog about The Apprentice.
Sanders is a frequent live performer who travels to the UK and other countries. She co-won the Comedians’ Choice Award for Best Show at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2018 with her performance Shame Pig, and in 2019 she returned with her show Say Hi to Your New Step Mother.
