Jon Hountalas, the newly appointed chief of CIBC, joined the company in 2010.

Hountalas was an Executive Vice-President of Business Banking when he joined the company in 2010, a progressively senior role in the corporation. After five years, in 2015, he had an added responsibility for Corporate Banking.

The Senior Executive Vice President Jon Hountalas spoke at the National Bank Financial Services Conference.

According to Yahoo Finance, the head of Commercial Banking and Wealth Management, CIBC, was to speak at the 20th National Bank Financial Markets 20th annual financial services conference in Montreal, Canada.

The conference was on March 22, 2022, on a Tuesday, and the head was scheduled to start his part at the meeting from 10.30 a.m. to 10.55 a.m. Eastern Time for around 25 minutes.

Jon also spoke at the 17th Annual Financial Services Conference on the 27th of March 2019 in Montreal.
