Jeremy Howe is an Australian rules footballer who presently plays for the Collingwood Football Club in the AFL (AFL). He was born on June 29, 1990, and previously played for Melbourne Football Club between 2011 and 2015.
In Round 11 of the 2011 season, Howe made his AFL debut for Melbourne against Essendon. His great debut for Melbourne included 19 disposals and a sensational goal with a snap in the third quarter, which helped the team win by 33 points.
Howe is well known for his ability to record magnificent marks that are always warmly received by the audience. He has received 35 career nominations for the Mark of the Year award.
In October 2015, Howe was transferred to the Collingwood Football Club, where he continues to play today. In the first round of the 2023 season, Howe tragically suffered a major arm injury when he attempted to take a mark, collided with Tyson Stengle’s back, and landed awkwardly.
It was judged improper to replay or zoom in on the injury since it was so gruesome. Howe required assistance being carried off the field and to the hospital. Collingwood Football Club defeated Geelong Football Club by a score of 22 points despite this defeat.
