Ellen has made her money from her acting career in Canada. Page appeared on television with roles such as Pit Pony, Trailer Park Boys and ReGenesis. She is often associated with her role in the film “Juno” where she played the lead character of Juno. She has also appeared in films like Inception, Super; Smart People; Whip It and in X-Men: The Last Stand. Page was born on 21st February, 1987 in Halifax, Canada. Her mother Martha Philpotts was a school teacher and father Dennis Page was a graphic designer. She attended the Halifax Grammar School till the 10th grade, and later went to the Queen Elizabeth High School. In 2005, she graduated from the Shambhala School. Page spent two years in Toronto with close friend Mark Rendall at the Vaughan Road Academy learning Interact program.

Ellen has always been interested in acting. She started off with school plays when she was just four years of age. She debuted on screen when she was ten years old in 1997 for a TV movie “Pit Pony”, which soon turned into a TV series. When Ellen was 16, she was offered a role in an independent European movie Mouth to Mouth. She was highly praised by the critics in 2005 for her performance in Hard Candy. Ellen’s performance has been widely appreciated in Juno too.
